Terms of Service

1. Purpose
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Caddai service (the “Service”), a marketing and management platform for golf courses operated by Caddai (the “Company”). By creating an account, you agree to these Terms.
2. Definitions
- Member: any individual or entity that has agreed to these Terms and entered into a service agreement with the Company.
- Account: the email address and password registered by a Member for identification and access to the Service.
- Content: any information, images, text, or other material created, uploaded, or published by a Member through the Service.
3. Effect and Amendment of Terms
These Terms apply to all Members who wish to use the Service. The Company may amend these Terms within the limits of applicable law. Material changes will be announced through the Service at least seven (7) days before they take effect.
4. Service Agreement
A service agreement is formed when the prospective Member agrees to these Terms and the Privacy Policy, completes the signup form, and the Company accepts the application. The Company may decline an application in the following cases:
- The application uses another person’s identity.
- The application contains false information.
- The application violates applicable law or otherwise contravenes public order.
5. Member Obligations
Members shall not engage in any of the following:
- Using another person’s account or password.
- Disrupting the normal operation of the Service.
- Infringing the intellectual property rights of the Company or any third party.
- Engaging in any conduct that violates applicable law.
6. Provision of the Service
The Company aims to provide the Service 24 hours a day, year-round. The Service may be temporarily suspended for scheduled maintenance, system upgrades, force majeure, or other unavoidable events. The Company will provide advance notice where reasonably possible.
7. Termination
Members may terminate the service agreement at any time through the account settings. The Company may suspend or terminate a Member’s use of the Service after prior notice if the Member breaches these Terms.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Company is not liable for any failure to provide the Service due to events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, or power outages. The Company is not liable for loss of revenue or expected profits arising from the use of the Service.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be submitted to the court having jurisdiction over the Company’s principal place of business.
